? contact qualified professional handling and hoisting companies for hoisting. Oka Lianye provides special slings for each machine tool and hoists according to the hoisting drawing. If the customer does not purchase the spreader, he needs to prepare a steel wire rope with sufficient strength or a forklift with sufficient load.

Landing steps:

1) Open the box, check whether each packing box is obviously damaged, and count the items according to the delivery list.

2) When handling the main body of the machine tool, if the forklift is used, please adjust the shovel entry position to make the center of gravity of the machine tool stable, so as to avoid machine and personal injury caused by the inclination of the machine tool; During shoveling, any part of the machine tool shall be kept at least 15cm away from the forklift to prevent scratching the sheet metal.

3) The main body of the machine tool shall be placed in place according to the foundation dimension drawing, leaving space for placing other peripheral equipment of the machine tool; All anchors shall be supported at approximately the same height, and there shall be no suspended anchors to prevent deformation of the machine tool.

4) Peripheral equipment shall be placed in place, including transformer, dust box, water mill, etc. the specific placement position shall be in accordance with the placement drawing provided in advance.
